It does not offer a 72-hour window, released tab, searchable departure archive, published update cadence, or stated period for keeping a departed person online. The county also does not promise that the gateway displays release dates, booking photographs, bond data, or movement details.
The linked BlueHorse vendor endpoint had an expired TLS certificate during the July 29, 2026 research check. That observation may change, and it cannot be used to infer custody. Even when the screen works, its stated purpose remains current incarcerated-person information. Cumberland County's three-day check must therefore be assembled from separate official records.
Build Cumberland's Three-Day Window
Write down the exact start and end dates before searching. A phrase such as “the last three days” moves each day and can cause agencies to search the wrong period. Use the believed booking date, court date, VINE alert time, or last confirmed custody check to narrow the episode. If the period crosses a weekend or holiday, retain each calendar date in the request.

Cumberland County contains several correctional systems. South Woods and Bayside are NJDOC prisons. Kintock Bridgeton programs are structured Residential Community Release Programs. Court records add legal context across the three days. PROMIS/Gavel can preserve an indictable case after the county roster entry disappears, including a disposition or judgment. Yet an order date is not necessarily the jail's physical exit time. Compare the court event with Admissions information, any VINE timestamp, and the county movement record. That sequence can show whether paperwork completed later or another warrant kept the person in custody.
SPB records matter only when parole follows a state term. Its weekly notice is organized by county of commitment rather than facility county and can preserve release, revocation, or return-to-custody event strings. Eligibility itself is not release. For current supervision questions, use SPB's Public Information Office because no general public person-level supervision search was found.
